A single origin specialty coffee roastery with a focus on sourcing exclusive green coffee beans from carefully selected regions. What started as a road trip while living in the coffee producing state of Minas Gera in Brazil soon became a mission to uncover small family run farms in the lesser known regions who passionately produce consistently high quality coffee with great care and attention to detail to both crop, and environment.
The company focuses on Agroforestry which offers a myriad of tangible and intangible benefits for the environment, and in turn, offers a natural habitat for local flora and fauna to thrive, therefore increasing local biodiversity. With climate change cultivating unpredictable conditions, the agroforestry prevents soil erosion and decreases the need for fertiliser.
