We love a good garlicky alioli at the best of time, but when you add in the extra dimension of Smoked Olive Oil into the mix- Tick, Tick Boom!
We are definitely guilty of adding this into pretty much every dish for the first month after discovering it! Paella- tick, Steak- tick, Sweet Potato fries- tick, Arroz negro – tick, Fish tacos-tick
Our absoloute favourite paring though was some coated calamari into the air fryer, a bowl of this delicious gear to dip into alongside salad dressed with sherry vinegar and some sweet piquillo peppers. TO DIE FOR!!
