Only carefully selected, hand-picked Arabica beans from high altitude plantations in Colombia, Guatemala, San Salvador, and Brazil are used for gourmet coffee. The unmistakable aroma and bouquet of the gourmet coffee is developed by the particularly slow rotary drum roasting at low temperature.
The result is an exceptionally well-tolerated, low acid coffee with a fine, balanced aroma, with a fruity but also chocolaty taste – noble and balanced, the best that Hausbrandt delivers.
